Can I switch from Free to Premium anytime?
Absolutely! You can upgrade to Premium at any time. Your existing data and records will carry over seamlessly. You'll immediately get access to all premium features including extended family profiles and comprehensive AI insights.
How does the annual billing work?
With annual billing, you pay ₹9,999 once and get 12 months of Premium access. That's a savings of ₹1,989 compared to monthly billing. Your subscription auto-renews, and you can cancel before the renewal date.
What happens to my data if I cancel Premium?
Your data is always yours. If you cancel, your account reverts to the Free plan. All your stored records remain accessible. Family profiles beyond the free limit become view-only until you resubscribe.
How does the 20% diagnostic discount work?
Premium members automatically see discounted prices when browsing diagnostic tests from our partner labs. The flat 20% discount applies to all tests — from basic blood panels to advanced screenings. No coupon codes needed.
Is there a free trial for Premium?
Yes! Every new Premium subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You'll get full access to all premium features. If you decide it's not for you, simply cancel within 7 days and you won't be charged.
Can I manage more than 8 family members?
The Premium plan supports up to 8 profiles (Self, Spouse, Mother, Father, up to 3 Children, and a Sibling). If you need additional profiles, please contact our support team and we'll work out a custom solution for larger families.
